Need A Little Push?
There are things in life I’m not very good at:
- Quoting movies.
- Cumbia.
- Using salt in moderation.
- Unpacking my suitcase in a timely fashion.
- Respecting red tape.
- Doing things that don’t make sense because that’s the way it’s always been done.
On the other hand, it turns out that I’m pretty good at some other things:
- Not leaving lights on.
- Parallel parking.
- Keeping calm in stressful situations.
- Learning foreign languages.
- Making others feel comfortable.
- Following through on ideas and making things happen.
- Helping others gain the confidence necessary to do what their souls have been pleading with them to do.
It’s that last little bullet point that’s the reason why I do what I do & I write what I write.
Many of you have emailed me, telling me how much the site has helped you to move forward and take some crucial steps toward living a life you love–whether you’ve changed careers, moved to a new country or simply began making small changes, one by one.
And some of you have approached me, looking for private guidance and support in helping you to gain the perspective & courage to take bold leaps, or to help you brainstorm ideas or come up with a new creative approach to ways that you can start living life on your own terms.
And as it turns out, I absolutely love empowering others & working with individuals in that capacity.

I’ll get you in the right frame of mind & have you feeling invincible and ready to take over the world in no time, and will help you step by step to get unstuck & reach your goals–so then you can strut your stuff and blow air kisses in jest to all of those who told you that you couldn’t do it. Preferably with bright red lipstick. Unless you’re a dude, that is. Not that you couldn’t–I would just hate to have to teach you how to put it on without getting it all over your teeth.
