Actually, paper and pen anything. I write everything down. Usually, this helps me to organize my thoughts but, more importantly, prioritize appropriately and make sure I'm doing what I need to be doing. I also have a notebook where I dedicate each page to a different day, and pencil in the things I've got to do on this day, that day or the other day in order to finish X in time, for example. I can't do it electronically - having the tangible paper in front of me has been most effective. Good luck in your endeavors! Make it happen!
