    But what if how you shine DOESN’T necessarily translate into making others shine?

    That is, what if your best attributes of your authentic self don’t necessarily translate into a business? Or, at least, a business that makes money?

      No no – don’t be misunderstood. Not saying they should be the same. It doesn’t have to translate – you just need to combine the two in a meaningful, useful way.

      You can’t just throw your best attributes out into the world and expect that to be a business. No, that won’t make money, most of the time, unless you’re Jay-Z. That’s why it’s an equation – couple it.
